Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–8 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium, and 7–12 business days in the rest of Europe.

Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders above €100 within Europe. Below €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also use the Track Your Order page at any time.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. See our Returns page for full details.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Which size should I choose?

Our pieces have a refined, true-to-size fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed look. Sizing details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for knitwear and suede?

We recommend washing knitwear cold on a wool programme and drying it flat. Suede items are best protected with a suede spray and cleaned with a soft brush.
