1. About Maison Laurent

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order and agreement between Maison Laurent ("we", "us", "our") and you, the customer, made through maisonlaurent.fr. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Offers and prices

All prices in our store are shown in euros and include VAT. Obvious errors or mistakes in prices, descriptions or images do not bind us. We reserve the right to change prices and to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Ordering and payment

An agreement is concluded once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. We never store your full payment details.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–8 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium and 7–12 business days in the rest of Europe. Shipping is free on orders above €100 within Europe; for other orders, shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are indications and not final deadlines; a delayed delivery does not entitle you to compensation, without prejudice to your legal rights.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. On top of this, we offer a 30-day return period: you may request a return up to 30 days after receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, contact us via the contact page with your order number. After we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

Received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Contact us within 14 days of delivery via the contact page and include photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return costs. Your statutory warranty rights (conformity) remain fully intact.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and without prejudice to mandatory consumer law. We are not liable for minor colour deviations caused by screen settings or photography.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including texts, images, logos and designs — is our property or used under licence and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, contact us via the contact page. We respond within one business day and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. As an EU consumer you may also submit your complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Applicable law

These terms and every agreement between you and Maison Laurent are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
