Not completely satisfied? No problem. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted.

How to request a return

Send us a message via the contact page with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will send you the return instructions within one business day. Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy goes beyond this legal minimum.

Would you like a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order.
